Cancellation & Refund Policy

Introduction

This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which eSolutionn will accept cancellations and provide refunds for our services, which include software, website, app, and game design and development.

Understanding Project Scope

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, to ensure a fair and transparent process, we highly recommend clearly defining the project scope in a written agreement before commencing work. This agreement should outline the project deliverables, timelines, and milestones.

Cancellation by Client

  • Before Project Commencement: If you cancel the project before any work has begun, you will receive a full refund.
  • After Project Commencement:
    • Once work has begun, any cancellation request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
    • We may offer a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.
    • No refunds will be granted for completed projects or projects terminated due to client-provided unclear instructions or revisions exceeding the agreed-upon scope.

Cancellation by eSolutionn

In rare cases, eSolutionn may need to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide you with a full refund for any pre-paid services and a pro-rated refund for any work completed.

Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 7 business days of the cancellation approval. The refund will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please Note

  • This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all services offered by eSolutionn.
  • We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the policy will be posted on our website.

Additional Considerations

  • You may want to consider offering a grace period for cancellations after project commencement (e.g., 3 days) with a full refund.
  • Clearly outline the process for requesting a cancellation and the information required for review.
  • Specify the conditions under which project revisions are considered to be outside the original scope.
